Background
 
In order to promote the better development of the business, the company decided to use C6000 handheld computer to intelligently regulate assets, ensuring the stable operation of the company's various businesses.
 
Challenges
 
  • As assets are diverse and distributed, manual procedures are inefficient and error-prone.
  • The information recorded on the paper has a limited capacity and cannot fully record the status of the assets.
  • Without detailed standards and operational specifications, managers cannot effectively supervise and management assets.
  • The information recorded in the form does not benefit inquiry. The management personnel has difficulty arranging the maintenance plan for the first time, which may cause a valuable asset to be in a fault state for a long time and lead to losses.

Solution
 
With advanced barcode technology, the fixed assets will be fully supervised from the procedures of purchase, requisition, cleaning, inventory, loan repayment, maintenance and scrapping. In combination with asset classification statistics, the real accounts will be consistent with domestic fixed assets. The average age method is used to calculate the depreciation of fixed assets, which makes asset management more efficient, scientific and rational.
