Background

Solution
In order to solve the challenges faced by Panasonic SMT production lines, Chainway introduced C4050 handheld computers to help facilitate raw material check and stock-taking. When raw materials are supplied to the production lines, no manual identification is required. Instead, use Chainway C4050 to scan the barcode on the material tray to check material details and automatically verify if it is given to the right production line. Chainway handhelds improve the accuracy and efficiency of material loading. At the same time, C4050 can upload records of material loading to the backend system through the network in real time, which is convenient for administrators to check and verify.
